The Challenge

Self Cntrd is a luxury clothing brand, when we started working with self cntrd that challenge was to make it recognized and aware to the people, as it was a luxury clothing brand we had to cater it to a very niche audience as well.

The main challenge was to make the end user aware about the brand as it is being sold website exclusive only and to show the authenticity of the product was utmost important to gain the trust of the end user.

The Approach

From the outset, we established priorities and goals, enabling our team to discern growth opportunities and address current challenges effectively.

1. We launched the brand and started creating awareness using raw content and videos 

2. We started to promote and focus on the content more to showcase the products.

3. We started to promote the website using the influencer content which worked wonders in terms of organic reach of the brand.

4. We introduced Black friday sales during the holiday season and it was a very succesful campaign in terms of reach as welll as sales.

5. Celebrity sourcing has also played a big part in creating awareness and making the brand reach that recognition.

Website Design

  • While starting to design the website the client wanted a very elegant and clean design which we catered them
  • To give a very minimal and a premium look to the website was very important as it is a luxury clothing brand
  • Once the website was implemented and ready to go the payment gateway and shipping partners were integrated for the website to work seemlessly
  • Giving it the mobile friendly touch an important aspect as it helped customers to seemlessly browse through the website  

Finding and partnering with the right influencers was key to success. used to shortlist high-performing influencers that were loyal (paid and organic) and aligned with the brand. Getting this right was extra important because the influencers had bigger roles than previous years!
